Toykea年代. 琼斯, a native of Norfolk, currently serves as member on the Board of 访问ors at Old Dominion University (ODU). She was reappointed to the Board of 访问ors by Governor Ralph Northam effective July 1, 2020, having served her first term from July 1, 2016 - 6月30日, 2020, as an appointee of Governor Terry McAuliffe. She was the Board's Vice Rector from 2020-2022. In her capacity on the board, Toykea currently serves as the Chair of the Academic & RESEARCH Advancement Committee and as a member of the Executive, Audit, Compliance & 人力资源 and Athletics Committee. She represents the Board on the University's Honorary Degree Committee. She previously served on the Advisory Board of Old Dominion University's Batten College of Engineering and 技术 from 2012-2016.

Toykea earned a Master of Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry with a minor in Business 政府 from Old Dominion University. She has established three endowed scholarships at Old Dominion University (College of Engineering & 技术, Strome College of Business and the College of Sciences.)另外, she has a Foundation for the Hampton Roads Virginia as well as a scholarship for the Boys & Girls Club of Southeast Virginia.

Toykea is an Executive within Johnson & Johnson MedTech and joined the company into their 领导 Development Program after graduating with her master's degree from ODU. She's held several positions of increasing responsibility within Pharmaceutical, 消费者 健康 and MedTech throughout Supply Chain Management, Sales and Commercial Operations.

Toykea is a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., and resides in Maryland.
